Try to perform a Clean Rainmeter Uninstall.Make sure you have your video drivers updated.Make sure your skins are NOT set to Bottom if you WANT them SHOWN when pressing WIN+D. You can check it by clicking right mouse button on your skin and choosing Settings > Position > Normal or through the Manage window.
